This dissertation was the first for Professor Yahya, it covers the micro psychology -level on Educational Administration, while the second dissertation covers the macro level on Social Change and Sociology. Dr. Yahya was making the dissertations simultaneously in the same university.

Just like salsa, Bachata Dance is becoming progressively popular not only in the United States, but in the world. But there are some dancers out there that instead of rejoicing over bachata’s popularity, they have become prejudiced to whomever is dancing bachata dissimilar to the way they dance.
